I'm very happy with this pulsar cover. My bike has low hours and mileage so I simply re used the gasket without trouble. I painted my finned points cover black to add a personal touch. But I like the ability to use reproduction or original points covers with this adapter plate. It also doesn't protrude out as far as other brands. Highly recommend if you want a DOHC points cover on your RS.
